I really liked your theory that Rachel is most likely Max or Chloe. and even that would be a great plot twist ... but as practice shows, the plot in modern games is a disaster and most likely Rach is strangled in the pit. Murderer Mr. Jefferson, because he secretly loved her and found out that she slept with the drug addict from the trailer.
