Why the hell did the game start to slow down? here are the whores

Patch 1.04 (from 3dmgame). It crashes when that bitch Kae or whatever she got out of the bathtub xD. The picture hangs, the sound goes on for 10-20 seconds, and then the final flight.

Does anyone know if it is possible to remove messages about receiving and dealing damage during the battle? For example: "Geralt strikes. The enemy takes damage...". If possible, how?
