Snapmatic App (Grand Theft Auto 5)

The problem is with photos from the phone, they are not in the social club, and when I go to the gallery, the game crashes (also online)

Regarding photos in Snapmatic:

Add .jpg to this name in the properties - then they will open in any graphic editor.
In order to save them in the SocialClub profile during the game, you need to pause, go to the Gallery, nothing is displayed in it. To display, you need to press Tab, all your photos will appear, you can edit them (add tags and names, location), delete, save to your profile on SocialClub.

My first photo has been hanging there for a long time, but all subsequent ones are literally 1-3 days, and then they are deleted.
Maybe they are breaking some law?
