So, with the recent holidays, I have completed two interesting game project: the first Alan Wake, it's really a good project and let me cast aside tomatoes, but in my whole 10 years of gaming experience, this is the most emotional, the most tense and very interesting game, Yes, albeit with its shortcomings, albeit, perhaps with some monotony in the gameplay (which I personally have not noticed, and variety in the monsters here are not generally required. this is not Resident Evil and other crap), but a masterpiece and the second project is actually The Darkness II. With the first part of the game I am familiar, albeit not very close, but the hour or two I had been stuck, I learned about it from the magazine GamePlay, and here so well buddy bought it. The game was pretty interesting, but as such an open world and there were was only an illusion, in that time, as the story naturally was on rails! But this time the developers have decided cannot deceive us, and drove us to the outside, which is not reflected in the interest in the project. The plot is interesting, but a little, so to speak, is banal, but with my twist (saves the whole thing of mental hospital and ending, or rather endings, oddly enough). The gameplay does not get bored, but short duration, the project went good, the game does not have time to get bored, that pleases, but does not give us raskoshelitsya in all, the developers here have found a happy medium, for finger vysosany the last levels are already fed up, although still some tracks where the end of the game the lack of inspiration of the writers, but the overall picture is not affected. Graphics stylish - definitely, but not technological, but eye pleasing and definitely not annoying abundance of blur, which is fortunately not. And now the actual rating, I think the game deserves a solid 9 out of 10, not more and certainly not less, the game failed, in my opinion, becoming a worthy successor to the first part, which was really wonderful, but unfortunately in terms of drama, The Darkness II plays predecessor!

The game was made by Digital Extremes while the first was made Starbreez and that says it all, the one who passed part 1 I understand The original The Darkness was based on the atmosphere of doom and gloomy story and not on action and how better to dismember the enemy!!!

5 minutes ago was The Darkness II.Surprisingly, it was a great game. Installed it with mixed feelings, only to try. I didn't trust her because all the major gaming publications gave her a not very high score, and I thought it was a second rate FPS. Fortunately, I was wrong, the game is very good, atmospheric, well-crafted story, with its beginning, you start to really sympathize with Jackie, especially in those moments when he sees the illusion of Jenny. Even being in the shoes of a psychopath in the clinic, which no one understands, you begin to understand the crazies, suddenly they also have in mind their own worlds?....:)) The game has passed, without stopping, in 4 hours 39 minutes.
Conclusion: a great game that helped pass the day. And say what you want, but personally, my assessment of the game - 9/10.
Who complains that the game is losing its revered, would be first original comic on which the game is based. I like a man who chased every comic book since the moment I first met Jackie in Witchblade, the first part is smooth like.
