My opinion as an avid fan of The Elder Scrolls.
It seems to be all there, the plot, characters, colorful scenery, similar gameplay etc.

In Online you blatantly shove the main story in the face until you perform the task of chapters the story can't leave the location (not in the spirit of The Elder Scrolls).
