Optimization (Batman: Arkham Knight)

This is pretty average to say the system in the Witcher patch 1.6 is on maximum in 1080p.
Now, about the Batman: the Game lags on all settings, nothing helped, neither the driver nor the lowest graphics settings. On the smallest resolution and disabled all the options the game gives 20 fps.

My question is: is This correct or is useless to wait, and the way it is?

FX 6300 4GHz, 10 GB RAM, GTX 760 2GB, Windows 8.1 64 bit, fire wood last. To play, to put it mildly, impossible.

GTX 970, the game itself is 60 fps, but always sags right up to 35 frames, the optimization is even worse than it was in AC Unity.

Changed game new reviews will start so .ini file and reinstalled and everything healed just blur me slows down the game. here removed blur after that detective mode started to act up.
