Impressions of the game (Resident Evil 2)

There were a lot of puzzles of puzzles in the game for a long time fussing with the chess pieces (even in childhood) and so was very scared when the chief of the police precinct neh climbed straight from the belly! it really was a surprise I tell you!

What could be better than a remake of a cult classic, made with the soul? After a very successful release on the PC remaster of a remake of the first Resident Evil'a in 2015 and a magnificent seventh part of the series in 2017, the developers at Capcom have done what you so long dreamed of fans of the series, they create a full modern remake of the second part.

Speaking about the new Resident Evil 2, I want to crumble in praise of the od! So gorgeous and fun it turned out! Resident Evil 2 sample 2019 is a project which merges together the "soul classics" and "the body of modernity". A real survival horror. Intense, slow and atmospheric. With a memorable, truly terrifying monsters (the case when boring all the zombies may be scary!), comfortable controls and interesting puzzles.

In the role of Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield, we are faced with the creatures the T-virus spread across raccoon city. One of the key locations for Resident Evil 2 – police station, done so thoroughly and competently that we can safely nominate it for "best police station in video games" for all time of existence of the gaming industry. However, other locations are no less effectively. To get the full ending you need to beat the game for each of the characters. And believe me, the 2nd passage – is no less fascinating. Because each of the two main characters meet on your way some of the characters will visit some locations (for example, an eerie orphanage in the storyline for Claire), and on the General locations will be surprises. And of course each of the characters in your Arsenal of weapons that radically changes the tactics of behavior and survival in the game.

New Resident Evil 2 is, without a doubt, one of the top releases of the year 2019. And an absolute triumph of Capcom!

10/10

Well, what a thrill! Moreover, a special thrill will be after passing two HD versions of the first games (the first part + Zero). No ugly camera and ugly controls for you, no damn doors. There are saves through a typewriter (plus a car), puzzles and inventory that were previously pushed up, but here it really feels like a solution working for the atmosphere, because the controls are thought out and conveniently simply incredible. And the inventory can be improved, there is always enough of it.
You can only scold the quiet ... "running" of the characters and not very animation during this ... "running", but these are trifles that do not spoil the overall effect.
The game looks great, the environment is well thought out, the puzzles are much more logical and explained by the plot, the levels are very interesting to study and lick in search of secrets. The characters are perfectly modeled, the hair is special, the emotions are. Monsters are beautiful in their abomination.
And here, unlike the first parts, there really are tense moments and even a few scary ones, mainly due to the inevitable step of the Tyrant. This part can already be called, albeit with a stretch, horror.
And again here, unlike the first parts, it really makes sense to go through the game with both characters. Firstly, the walkthroughs differ enough that it would be interesting (including the plot and even a separate level for each), and secondly, it is really a thrill to run another character with a different weapon again. The puzzles will be the same, but the plots complement each other perfectly (although they sometimes contradict, that is, these are not simultaneous events, but versions, but the final ending and a more complete perception of the plot will be after the second consecutive passage). These two playthroughs will take about 8-9 hours, which is just for such a game.
In general, after the first games, faith in the series revived in me. Judging by the estimates, in the next game she will be defeated again, but okay. The main thing is that everything is fine in this part.
9/10

The game, of course, turned out well. Separate praise deserves that CAPCOM retained the ability to provide an atmospheric original soundtrack in the game. But still, like the new Resident Evil 3, the new Resident Evil 2 is a completely different game, almost unrelated to the original in 1998. In the original, Tyrant appeared only in scenario 2 for both Claire and Leon, but here he is in both scenarios for both characters. Moreover, the difference between the scenarios is only in which side Claire and Leon enter the police station and in what in the first, they just run away three of them (with Sherry) from Birkin, and in the second they don't just run away, but also defeat him. The rest is all the same, they even fight with Birkin in the same places at the same time. I really didn't like playing for Claire in both scenarios. for petty (Sherri) - to get away from Irons. What idiot in CAPCOM came up with this? Much worse than to escape Leon from the alligator in the sewers. The rest of the plot has no complaints. The game is really well done - well, of course - 800 people have been doing it for 3 years! The game is 9/10, although I like Resident Evil Zero and Resident Evil HD better. But this is my opinion, I do not impose it. In principle, I like the ENTIRE episode, all numbered parts from 0 to 6 and both Revelations. I must say right away that the so-called Resident Evil 7, and the upcoming Resident Evil 8, is not Resident Evil. Initially, Resident Evil 7 was just a test of the new RE Engine for the upcoming Resident Evil 2 Remake, it would be better if it remained so. There is nothing from the legendary series in these pathetic vyser, there is only the desire of CAPCOM to repeat the profits, and at the same time give money to the manufacturers of VR helmets. But they were expected that they would at least bring the magnificent Resident Evil Code Veronica to PC. Some dreamed that they would relaunch Dino Crisis, a real remaster of Resident Evil 4, the Onimusha series, and where there is! They don't care about fans of the old series - profit, not the wishes of the players above all! How they did not give a damn about those who were waiting for "that very" Resident Evil 3, and as a result, a completely different game came out, having nothing in common with the previous one - and on the side of all the promises that they made and did not fulfill, even the original soundtrack was not kept. Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3 still retained their replayability and faithfulness to the canons of the series, in contrast to these pseudo Resident Evil 7 and 8.

Personally, I love the re3 sample of 1999, the remake went very well - I replayed it with different complications 50 times in total, no kidding. It’s even so good that I’m buying the original crew and want to cosplay it, it remains to wait for a craft gas mask from Odessa and buy MP5 on March 12th. So, re3 remake - something else, it doesn't deserve a second pass.
