Problems on Windows 7 and Vista (The Witcher)

All kind time of day! I have a problem: the game constantly freezes for a while with a black screen, and after half an hour the game crashes without any errors. I've tried a bunch of different ways of deliverance, described both here and in other forums, including official: I installed the game as administrator, removed tages, forced UAC to run in quite mode, installed the latest drivers for the card, the latest DirX, C++ 2010, I tried compatibility modes, turned off antivirus, in General, everything that was advised, but nothing helped =( game version: gold edition 1.5, cracked, Windows seven 64-bit. Please help!
