Will try to explain how people have freezes in this game. More on the frieze effect adjust the quality of textures. The higher the quality the greater the memory consumption of the video card and accordingly, there are friezes if this memory is not enough. But there is a caveat.

I don't know,early prisila on high(textures) was only playable on medium,put the last fire wood,made a swap on the swap file,and now playing on ultra settings,except shadows(high)! +60fps,rx470 4gb,8gb RAM. The memory hammered at 3.8 gb,something like this)
I also had friezes, but when I set shadows from ultra to high, the frieze is gone. Now playing in 1080p. on all ultra, with all chips and it is going very smoothly. I have 4GB of memory, so the shadow gave the friezes.
Remember earlier on where its a 1GB memory five years sat and everything was fine, and then 3 years has not passed and already 4 GB is not enough.
