open skyrim.ini in your documentskyrim folder. edit and find this line : [Fonts] sFontConfigFile=InterfaceFontConfig_ru.txt. delete it. it shoul fix your problem. And search skyrim.ini in your game folder. edit and find that line again. delete it.
