These files do not need to be edited, just change their name, insert the word mod instead of 162986.
You need to edit CompleteSave.dat or CompleteSave1.dat, CompleteSave2.dat, CompleteSave3.dat, depending on which cell you saved.

Open this file Notepad ++ you find the line worldConfiguration after it there will be 162986 - this is the name of the folder with the mod files, change it to the name of your folder mod_TheVillage
Next, type in 162986 into the search, press replace, replace with mod, replace everything, save and you're done.

In general, when you enter the game, you see this error, you minimize the game, go into the notifications (if you have window 10) that are in the panel in the very right corner, click, you will see a message from the windows defender that access to files is limited, or, something like that, you press, the "Windows Security" window is highlighted and in the same place you will be automatically transferred to the "Protection Journal", you open it and see which process is blocking, there will be "Access to protected folders is blocked", expand the menu and press "Allow on the device ".
