Questions on Origin (Mass Effect 3)

Can't download the game. Ready to download, but gets label invalid installation path for the game. All the way written in English language without characters. What's wrong?

I got an email with extra codes for the DLC, 3 the code was for the standard edition.

That's what I apparently did not understand: if I pre-ordered, I should get armor, Valkyrie, Argus and a shotgun or something. Played for an hour, never found all of these items. They are in the story or in the captain's cabin or even where?:)
