Relatively new games on 7 sometimes require updates that are not even in SP1. Some litsuhi install them themselves, usually DirecX and C ++ in software repacks.

It is not necessary to enable the Update Center, just download it yourself and install the missing one. In automatic mode, the CH will install a lot of unnecessary things, including telemetry, etc. If you use it, then it is better in "manual mode" - to choose which HF to install yourself.

Nothing, because NORMAL HARDWARE support for 12dx appeared with the 900 series cards, everything that came out before them has only a software crutch with which direct usually worked.

On Windows 7 with crack and fix - it works! Who does not work - crash to the desktop with an error or without an error, after the introductory video - just UPDATE THE DRIVER FOR THE VIDEO CARD. I have Windows 7 Ultimate SP1, Genuine Intel (R) 4-core 8-thread processor, 16 GB of RAM, NVIDIA Ge Force GTX 1050 Ti (4 GB) graphics card. After updating the driver to 466.11, the game starts up and works fine.

I decided this game broke me and I installed 10 windows. Now everything works well (the main thing is to delete the files from the fix to "work on 7k" otherwise it will not start). Also, thanks to 10ke and a normally working 12 direct, the same cyberbook was boosted by 10-15 fps.
