Corey Gaspura, lead designer for various projects at BioWare, has passed away. The developers announced this in their blog. No cause of death has been reported.
Corey has worked in the studio for over 9 years and has been the lead designer for games such as Dragon Age: Origins, Mass Effect 2-3, and the upcoming Anthem.

Anthem's lead animator Stephen Gilmour has left Bioware. There he worked for the last 17 years, during which time he took part in the development of Knights of the Old Republic, the Mass Effect trilogy and Dragon Age: Inquisition. The reason for Gilmour's departure is still unknown.
Just a couple of weeks ago, Mike Laidlaw, the creative director of the Dragon Age series, left BioWare. He also contributed to the development of Jade Empire, Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood and Mass Effect games, and spent 14 years with the company. All this, let's say there, is annoying.

Anthem will be pushed back to March 2019, and development is going pretty hard. This is the studio's last hope, if the game is not successful EA could shut down BioWare. What to do with microtransactions has not yet been decided. Dragon Age 4 is being redesigned with an emphasis on a service game.

I forgot to add that Anthem will have MBT. The Frostbite engine again puts a spoke in the wheels of developers, as complete with its insanely beautiful picture comes a complete lack of the necessary tools and any amenities, since the engine was originally built for first-person shooters. This poses a challenge to Anthem's development.
Even after a bunch of years, frostbytes are still shit. Incredible.
Studios with new engines have fewer problems.
Well, are we waiting for the diaries to be shown until the game is released? EA has killed so many potentially good games with this engine.
Scum in the flesh. Having such a fierce profit, they cannot make at least one more dviglo, they have been shoving their pissing frostbite into the NSF since 2011, which gives disgusting transport physics in all games where it is. They will close Biotvor, DICE and sport will remain. They will milk out the dice to the end, how they still have time to scrape off the pollutants and BF - it's not clear.
the only news I will be happy about is the news of EA's bankruptcy. Well, although her bankruptcy is in our hands.
Who is there at the head of EA? That bastard that always starts the EA play show?
