I have a PS4 and Pro, pretty powerful PC and a 4K TV. Both are not pulling 4K 60fps.
Games on PC are cheaper to play shooters more convenient, there are strategies and mobs. You're sitting at the monitor.
Games on PS4 are more expensive to play exclusives and some games are more convenient than keyboard and mouse. You relax watching TV.
