Here's the thing, you can set this parameter at least 1, at least 0, but if you do NOT set the user file.cfg attribute to read only, the game at the next startup, automatically set again r_enum_ssaa 10. And if you tick read-only, the game lost all find you diaries and postcards, as they are recorded in this file.
