Well, if you walk in a speck, then you can invest 10. xD But a dozen skills are gained from gear for sure, and the increase, say, from the 10th to the 15th level is minuscule.
omg if you meet such a tough imun that you can’t kill with lvl 10 LR, but you can kill with lvl 30, then a sledgehammer is better, honestly
is there a big difference in which pb to cook grief - pure or with ed for pvm? There doesn't seem to be much of a role. And how much is pb 5 soc 13ed, and clean?

All superior things are repaired 2 times more expensive (and they also cost, in the gold equivalent, not in the rune of course))) regardless of what they have + ED or inc. durability.
