When I try to log into my account, I don't receive a confirmation email. I wrote to Ubisoft support to disable 2 step authentication. they said that go to the link that they sent to the mail. but nothing comes at all. Ubisoft Support said they couldn't help with this and that I wrote to support my mail. The post office also says everything is fine. Today I also wrote in support of yubikov many times.
