How to increase or decrease the duration of the year in relation to the moves:

Go to the game folder /data/world/maps/campaign/imperial_campaign open the file descr_strat.txt and look for the parameter

timescale 2.00
Set it to 1.00 - then there will be one move one year, or 0.5 - two moves one year (summer and winter), or 0.25 - four moves one year.
