To 4.5 GHz do not inflate,or do you think 4.4 GHz 1.156 in high voltage? All is stable,no need to drive for several days of Prime,Linpack etc. But on 4.5 already puts 1.356 avtovol't that high for degradation of the stone(anything above 1.3 according to Intel is bad for work, 24/7)
p.s. the BIOS of the mother also plays an important role and customize adequate autovoltage.MP with the starting BIOS usually severely overpriced

According to Intel, for 24/7 with good cooling is enough not to exceed the 1.45 V on the core.

2)profit is too small to risk the death or degradation of the stone. 4.5 or 5.0 stable(even if in a rare case stone good+scalped+stable,the difference between them is tiny).
