For six and eight core processors of Intel (because this technology is only for 2 processors and provided) with a base frequency of 3.0-3.2 GHz tehnologie this really might be a good crutch, certainly not know how it will work in fact, because monopolism segobia and FX-60 on ur right, and the CPU is never free completely.
AMD and other Intel processors like the bullshit until you have to, because they are so frequency is high.
But the automatic overclocking of the CPU temperature on the ceiling - this is really cool! Here is a review of the work of this technology is to wait=)

The usual nonsense, like automatic overclocking on the Mat Board. Choose autorange, Mat Board asks what I have, box, tower, or water, in the first case, the processor accelerates to 4000 MHz, in the second to 4200, and 4300 in the third. Although the step in the voltage can be so small that it can ask for water, and not the tower, but the tower is quite and above to cope.

The garbage that auto overclocking. +10% max. The voltage it puts immediately the maximum permissible
And I have the cooler allows to drive the CPU to 4.7 GHz, but the mother Board starts yelling about overclocking and run dual start already at 4.2 GHz

Well, maybe your cooler only allows you to drive a good crystal, not average scall
the mother Board starts yelling about overclocking and run dual start already at 4.2 GHz
There probably is not enough of a secondary voltage
Vinni-Pukh
Yes, that's the same thought, but brodigan multiplier, chipset do not touch, memory is not the same touch...
And on the forum, many complain of a double start Gigabaytami motherboard.
And support them - would be better if it was not
CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT - because of what you may receive?
Tried to overclock 4790k to 4.4 Ghz at 1.290 vcore and vrin 1.900
Mat. Board B85-HD3

10? Go to event viewer, the code itself BSOD.
x101 or x124
And so, much stress for 1,290 and small IVR

Not enough Vcore, I need to improve.
Pick up the first Input Voltage up to 2,000 or 2,100
Dam of Calla lilies of course
Nikita237
then increase VCore, or lower to 4.3 GHz and have to be measured
Dam Callas ( no offense ). A lifting power controller (input voltage) up to 2,000-2,100 good allows you to understate the VCore
Vinni-Pukh
I read an article from asososca specialists, they do not recommend input 1.95 and above... and just input needs to be ~ +400-600 mV from the voltage of the stone.

Again, this is a recommendation for E processors and socket 2011 and 1150 can be raised up to 2.3

Sadly 4790@4400 at 1.29 v does not hold, I'd think they'd have a little better appetite, my 4770 too, on top of the games ran @4400 at 1.29 v, then I had VIDOS to encode and bsdos was up until stability is found at 1.33 v and the bottom Input Voltage 2.0 for a good motherboard is garbage.

He has a lousy mother, what is there to be surprised ?
