There was another problem, because cache 4 levels and save the transistor budget. And 5775c i7 with a frequency of 4.3 GHz is much steeper than the same 6700К from 4.8 GHz, for the 4th cache.
P. S. Waiting for SkyLake-X or KabyLake-X X299 chipset and 2066 socket. Of course, a minimum of 6 cores. And so, 5930К quite happy with 4.6 GHz.

AVX heat like Satan. Not to mention AVX2. If you need 99.99% of stability, LinX is not advised, because it is stupid hot water bottle.
