2 amindbk: So MNU this problem has been solved. Went through ADSL, and through a cellular modem. Connected to the UBI without any problems, entered the key, however had 10 times to enter, because you know the cellular connection is bad. Strange but true, now easily enter even through an ADSL modem and play with no problems. Apparently the reason was in my dynamic IPS or closed ports for initial authorization.

No packet loss goes smoothly. my IP on the network 10.0.6.47 they 10.0.10.72 or other for example 10.0.2.35.....
