No one has wanted to bother dubbing it....Far Cry 3? This is where a man herded about madness? (I just don't know all of these parts, as these games do not like) as I recall there's too many mate, it would be possible and better to select the text, although the actors sounded good, but the text, Yes, not like

Slightly disagree with you, such as movies we have pretty well voiced. Excellent write a text and select actors. So why not approach the voice of such popular games are on the same level.

Who's said that some English techniques will fail to properly translate, geeks, and anyone of you knows how many words in the English language and how much in Russian??? Pushkin in his works used more than 2000 different words, learn Russian language, do not say not a Russian word in Russian.

Well, how would I agree with you about the movies, but somehow the Russian voice actor just can't voice the game, maybe it's a question of funding, as it may simply not providing enough funding for really high quality voice acting, like this is not so important

Buddy, I bet if I gave you a couple of sentences on a purely British or American themes in your life you'll never get to translate with the same meaning that was inherent in the original text, if you don't know the backstory of some aspects of the language and so on...so that is not to say that English is very simple language if you dig a little deeper you can find very difficult words and expressions in some places will not give even the great A. Pushkin.....if you doubt my words, read in the original Moby dick from Melvin, I'm going to applaud standing, if you understand the meaning of the work the first time and you will not have any difficulties with the vocabulary that is used there....if you can watch YouTube videos in English language or pass the game with English subtitles and voice acting, this does not mean that the language is easy, you just didn't see anything else

Of course that would be better was the voice acting, but it is unlikely it will considering that right now most games are released without full localization for Russian language, but for many other languages there is full localization.
The latest example of Batman: Arkham Knight is full localization for almost all languages except Russian,Korean and Polish.

I think those who liked the voice acting of the first part a bit. Just if you undertake to do anything, you need to approach it from a responsibility and desire, and do it normally (not screaming that the voice of the slag) and not to do for show.

There is an example of a more or less normal translation of Mass Effect 3. There are only 8 minutes, but for me, I wouldn't mind a voice.

Of course the quality of voice needed, where the same without her.... But sometimes it happens that English words when translated lose their meaning and sometimes to understand a single dialogue need to delve into previous that some don't like.

In any computer game no literary grace, because it is not a literary work, but only a game and not a game where you and the guys from the yard to play catch-up or people's ball, and stupidly sitting in front of a monitor, examining the dynamic image with a static distance. No figures of speech used in the game will not cause a storm of emotions and delight whether it's the original voice actor or a professional take. A computer game is essentially just a product made with a certain degree of quality and the final consumer, and that we are all here with you audience already think, guided by their life experiences and comparing with already known knowledge. So give in due time Pushkin translated You said work, he would not only not hit the dirt face, but would admire this work to the reader. Russian literature is so complex and unpredictable that is why publishers and developers do not undertake to translate and duplicate their games on Russian language.
Although frankly, МЕ1 with the Russian dubbing was as common as for example the Terminator 1 in the cinema in my town n-TSAT years ago, or the same Predator. And for me, as for most it is better to hear the rough translation, trying to understand what it was about in the original voice.

For the sloppy translation, there are subtitles, though they could seriously cripple the game, for example Jade Empire, the game is good, but the official russifiers....let's just say, you are unlikely to want to play the game, you even subtitled in Russian the meaning of it all barely understand, perhaps the only game in my memory where I was forced to pass the game COMPLETELY in English, without subtitles, to understand the whole story because the translation was beyond fiction, it's that bad....translation is a very laborious and important component of any game (not only games), so the phrase rough translation is not appropriate if it is to do it efficiently and conscientiously...and the sound arrangement, let's say, for a spoiled audience, if a publisher is confident in their abilities, let the voice acting will be top notch - no, it is better to leave the original voice and high-quality subtitles than the soulless voice in Russian...in any case, clearly we have not come to any compromise on this issue, so it is better to leave this issue, you have your opinion I have mine, each in its own right

Everything is better when there is a choice of what voice to play. With the original quality or poor localization. The problem is that there is no choice.
For example, who bothers to play МЕ1 from English. voice acting?

This choice costs large costs...but no one bothers, it's just better if no one did Russian localization on МЕ1, it is disgusting, I did not like

No doubt, than something, better than nothing. But personally for me, I game without Russian voice bypass side. Subtitles I'm not satisfied, it's the same as driving and texting at the same time!
For me, the range of games is shrinking and if it goes further, maybe even get rid of the habit to play computer games! ;)

Sucks that there are no alternatives. No one in Russia and the CIS, is not able to gash Rus.the voice acting as unofficial. fashion. Although many need it, and there are groups of enthusiasts who are doing it.
And hope EA makes no sense. ME2 ME3 DA2 DAI - no Rus.voice.

Well, it's a matter of habit at the same time start texting and driving to go (although I imagine this is not) so I'm used to reading subtitles during the game, just hopefully, we will not be ashamed for the localization of later games :)

Lift the hat to those who still finds the time, energy and desire to do voice acting and to produce acceptable quality of translation. And although the effect of competition they have little chance to survive without support, not to mention their contribution to the playability of some games.
