Everyone knows that in big cities, FPS on most computers sags just to unplayable, so I decided to take the time to find the very setting that is best not to use at all.
And I came to the conclusion that this is the distance for drawing shadows. I do not know what the problem is, but it is by lowering this setting that the dips in the FPS disappear. The rest of the settings do not significantly affect these dips.
This is how it looks in my case.
