well, personally, we have missed the gym - minutes multiplied by ten and let Etimada!
so me 120 times Etimada had... (with pauses of course) sneakers at home so I had to go back.
and Etimada should think about 30-40 times...

Standards push-UPS/pull-UPS/etc are not present. Athletes 15 years and 100 times to do it all. If the person is engaged in a programme, it is exactly the same for half a year without problems up to 100 push-UPS to finish. I think the norm for a 15 year old guy:times 30. Most 15 years old will be soon,45-50 push-UPS at least...a maximum of 80 push-UPS) weak as 10 times in 15 years...do,what to say.
