It seems to me that somewhere 10 times, I'm about as much of otimas even more.

I was 12 or 13 years down 199 times.I then went to martial arts for almost 4 years and coach us digging.I myself did not believe that 199 times give me,and my 199 was not a record then.
I think it all depends on the dif.On YouTube there is a video like a boy 6 years does things that pzdts.Main muscle tone in the lead and all.

Pushups and other similar exercises are simple: through repetition, if not every day then as often as possible. Start with ten or even five pushups every day... and will have a month of progress. And so on. Banal repetition can increase the number of at a time. Pressing is 80% stamina (if not more) and 20% power, and not Vice versa. Friend rightly says Antoine777.
