Yes, there are all games are good, at the time, all played from brodilok Mario clone, to the countless nameless poker.
Although I can remember individual instances:
Super Mario Bros - a classic of the genre.
Duck hunt - Move-game of its time.
Battle city - map editor, co-op, bouncy action.
Galaxian - need to fly on a space ship and shoot to the pyramid of enemy ships. Periodically one enemy ship flies out of the pile and tries to shoot... hero.
Fifa soccer - the tactics, the atmosphere of football and eight-bit music, what more do you need?
F1 Race - racing formula-1. Several trails, many opponents which need not to face.
Adventure island - adventure game like Mario, but without the destructible. But there are various features like a skateboard, throwing hammer at snails and rocks on which I stumble.
Bomberman - lay bombs to kill all enemies on the level, the bombs also destroy the wall. Within the walls of the hidden bonuses and pass to the next level. Bonuses many - one increases radius of the explosion, the other - the hero's speed, etc.
Contra - co-op, a lot of different enemies, improving as you progress through the AI, and even the plot.
Robocop - classic Walker-shooter - Dodge from bullets, shoot enemies and breathe on the first boss.
FF I - the founder of the classic jRPG.
FF III is the best jRPG on the NES.
Crystalis - post-apocalyptic action-RPG.
Legend of Zelda - the first part of the famous series. A great action-RPG.
And a bunch of nameless (with no memorable names not associated with any kind of Super Attack) and the lunar games.
