You have one more problem - in the video, I noticed an emphasis on the processor and memory subsystem, and in TWO games, the FPS is a bit low. Hence the underloading of the video card. Check the load on the cores in games, so that at least there is no emphasis on the processor (i.e. with FPS ardor to die), and get ready to change it to 5600 (it costs 10-11 thousand on Ali).
