60 FPS picture is not smooth

Guys, such a problem
I have noticed for a long time that at 60 fps the game seems to be not going smoothly, but at the same time there are no friezes, there are no fps drops either. But at 75 fps and more, everything is fine and smooth.
It just feels like it’s not 60 frames, but where is 50 or something.
Maybe the fact that I have a 75 hertz monitor, because of this, can this be?
PC: processor ryzen 5 3500x
Video card RTX 2060 super
RAM 16 gigs
Games all on ssd
I play in 1920x1080 resolution in full screen mode

Turn on 60Hz. In general, it is advisable to remove the test with monitoring, put it on YouTube and link here if changing the hertz does not change the situation. What frequency does the RAM work at?

memory runs at 3200, XMP profile

Timings can be bad in XMP. Have you tried to change the Hertz?
Do this test:

here I locked 60 fps and the image is not smooth, it may not be noticeable on the video. But at 70 or more, the image is normal, smooth. I'll try another option with 60Hz

60 Hz exhibit in the nvidia control panel?

Set Guzno752
60Hz on the monitor. Your frame time graph is even.

I can't, I can only through the nvidia panel

Well, try manual overclocking of RAM with lower timings and sub-timings

Denis Kyokushin
And where does the memory?

Delays can create microfreezes

so there are no friezes, the picture is just not smooth, 60 fps is not felt

FPS is not a multiple of the monitor's hertz, which is why there is such a feeling of microfreezes.
Just to eliminate these microfreezes, all sorts of freesync / g-sinks were invented.
Move to the second half, there begin examples of comparison for 60 hertz monica with options "fps = 60"; "FPS is below 60, but freesync is enabled"; fps below 60, nothing enabled.

Raise the fps lock to 75-80 for your 75hz monitor, or lower the fps to 60 if the game has a 60 fps lock.

Loken
So I just need to lock the fps to 75?

Guzno752 Turn on
vertical synchronization, and the monitor is 75Hz, and the game itself will adjust to these hertz

in the game or in the nvidia control panel?

Bring back the 75Hz monitor, remove the lock for 60 frames in the driver, turn on the vertical in the game and see what happens

did everything, turned on the vertical in rdr 2 pictures came ass fps normal but everything twitches
