Disease in the game (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Go to menu magic, there will be a tab Active effects there are displayed all diseases.

Please tell me! I somehow stopped working effect of rest which appeared after sleep. Maybe somehow you can fix this through the console or some mod. I'm not a werewolf.

Help pliz..Picked up the vampirism,but it's nowhere indicated,I wrote that was picked up by all and periodically writes in the corner - the Sun goes down, and you feel a strange thirst or the Sun rises and you feel weak.but no effects no etc.

000b8781 Hepunits (Reduced filling of the reserve forces)
000b8782 - Stone Gout (Reduced weapon skills)
000b8783 - liquefaction of the Brain (Reduced fill magic)
0010a24a - Ataxia (Reduces breaking and germanicist)
0010a24c - Breakbone Fever (Decreases stamina)

In General there was no sense from these diseases no. Checked the ataxia, heunec, breakbone fever. These diseases went a week-no effect, in fact the disease in the game don't work( except for the vampire:) Increased them in the UK too. Developed something unfinished.
