This is probably one of the few games that I do not just recommend buying, but even categorically forbid, even though I belong to the Postal series fans.
The game is miserable in everything, there are thousands of bugs, there is no gay play, the size of the locations - yes, I have a bigger dick, optimization - damn it, but my skyrim is not stupid at the maximum, unlike this game. In fact, as much pride in Russian developers - no one has yet succeeded in breaking over the Source engine. Plus there is only one - the voice acting from Courage-Bombay, and not in cutscenes, but random phrases during the game itself. For example, the joke "badger badger badger badger, gr-would-would-would" broke me in half for two minutes. In general, I am so sorry for the money spent that I’ll go to all the distributions on the torrents of this game, I’ll get up in order to correct my karma.

NPCs are just stupid, while completing a mission, you can observe such moments as an emphasis on the wall while standing, a chair is an insurmountable obstacle, as a result, you have to deliver the NPC in strokes to the destination point.

As for the animation of faces, of course, this is not Motion Captura, BUT the black humor and atmosphere of Postal obscures, which is very good.
At the expense of voice acting, I liked it, although some phrases are pronounced without expression. Little things are disgusting.
The game is short, 4 hours of a good campaign was enough for me with all that I'm not a mega-gamer for * my mouth.

A patch has been released that fixes the above bugs. I did not have time to test it as I passed the game prematurely. Perhaps playing with him will become much better.

I liked that the game can be played in two ways, for good and bad, and that all missions will be different, but most of all I liked, of course, humor. The game has a huge heap of pure swearing, excellent vulgar jokes, absurd situations and tasks, in general, the game is played with a bang. Unfortunately, there are also disadvantages. The game is very buggy, that at a minimum, that at maximum speed the game goes the same way, we are waiting for patches, the shooting is a little crooked, and the animation of the opponents is lame. But the game does its job - insanely fun. There are no complaints about the voice acting, the whole game has been translated very well, and the monophonic translation sounds like something fresh.
