In 4K I have a stable 30 fps on the ultra, but after the cutscene has put in the phps from 46-60, I can't bring myself back to 30. So in 2K I play with drawdowns in cities up to 40

The grass is really strangely displayed if without smoothing. Some semblance of shadow on the grass, because of which the image begins to ripple. And even if all the shadows are at least or off.
