I disagree for a GOOD voice acting, 4 female voices and 12 male voices are needed (maybe less, but not more)
But for a NORMAL voice acting, a male and female voice is really enough

There are no sounds in cuts.img, individual. They live in the audio folder.

I downloaded the voice acting, it says to replace the files in the audio folder, maybe I'm stupid, but in the audio there are 2 files of sfx background sounds, I googled, dug up programs, unpacked the files into audio, copied the voice acting, but nothing happened.

I started looking for files with names - a1_sso, a4_pdr, AMMU_A .... well, to naturally replace them with those that are in translation.
I found them in cuts.img and they are the same size. I don't understand...

So how do I install voice acting?

Just copy all the files from the archive to the audio folder, it should work.
It's just that all the files that you want to replace are located on the game disc.
