How do you feel about old games?
It's interesting to hear people's opinions on this. What do you think, is it worth wasting time on old platforms and games or there are so many new games coming out now that there is no time and desire for them? And another interesting point - do you play the first game of any major series (for example, Tomb Raider, The Elder Scrolls), before passing the new ones, or immediately proceed to their modern versions? Thanks in advance.

There were no natural dandies, the name is a sissy.) The real name was Nintendo (or NES) or Famicom (in Japan). That is, all the "dandy" is a pirated NES) Well, and games, respectively. Seen it myself -)
It's successfully in the "old popular games" category now.
Yeah, if you take into account mods for Q3, it didn't even start getting old in 2005 =]

Funny, tell that to the millions of Minecraft players =]
The graphics before 2001 are really miserable
Depends on what game. 3D in games on consoles like PS1 and N64 is really cheesy, while on PC in the same years it looks ok (typical games like Quake and Unreal)...
Yes, it's true.

Re-passed Half-life 2 recently with all the achievements fulfilled, I'm thinking of re-passing the episodes. Also rewatched the Mythic Age and Age of Empires storylines. Old games are cool)

This is extremely positive. There are several reasons for this. First, there's nothing to play anymore. The second is that it is no longer possible to play many new games due to the lack of suitable hardware. Third is the anemia for various things, somehow or other related to computers, from the 80's and 90's. By the noughties I already feel nostalgia mostly.
I'm busy playing cult/popular games of that time, which are well-known even now. Once I'm done with them, I think I'll delve further.

Many people overplay because they used to be able to make games, but now it's hard to even call it a game...

The games that I liked as a kid are still interesting to play - Max Payne recently rerun, the first Quagmire. But, for example, the first Larissa Croft I played as a child did not work at all, installed the game and immediately demolished. Now passed through force, and did not like it completely. Unreal 2 - also didn't like it, but the first Half-Life and Mafia are worn out. All in all there are some absolute hits which have always been interesting for me, but some hit games I didn't like even 20 years ago and their perception gets worse with age.

Series Gothic every year, as a tradition. It's like I don't want to play any more, how many times can I play it...but time passes and I want to play it again.
Brigandine for the first Sonya, I also passed it several times, and I want to play it again.
I've been to the first Sonya for several years now.
